Job summary

Reed is a fast-growing, tech-forward conveyancing practice seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion. The role is hybrid with a couple of days in our Weston-super-Mare office and clear progression to a team-leader position as the firm expands.

You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers with a strong emphasis on compliance and client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Confident across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Strong on compliance and AML.
• Equally strong on client communication with sensitive caseloads.
• Curious about technology and open to doing things differently.
• CILEx, CLC licence or law degree preferred but not essential if your experience speaks for itself.

The role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters - sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers - from instruction through to completion.

You will work within a supportive team that takes compliance seriously without letting it become a barrier to doing great work.

This is a role with genuine progression. Theyare growing quickly andpromote from within. The right person will move into a team leader position as the business expands - this is not a promise theymake lightly.
