• Manage a caseload of 25–30 new files per month.
• Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters: sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, new build properties, transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout the transaction.
• Supervise secretarial and support staff.
• Maintain and develop client and professional relationships.
• Ensure billing and time recording, and firm procedures are followed.
• Contribute to team growth and the overall departmental development.

About the role

Key responsibilities

You will manage your own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include:

• Manage a caseload of 25 – 30 new files per month
• Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • New build properties
  • Transfers of equity
• Providing clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout the transaction
• Supervise secretarial and support staff
• Maintain and develop client and professional relationships
• Ensure compliance with billing, time recording and firm procedures
• Contribute to team growth and overall departmental development

About you

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the field of Residential Conveyancing with ambition and passion to drive the department. Ability and willingness to assist with market the Residential Conveyancing department along with strong IT, inter-personal skills and a positive attitude are vital.
