Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions and handle files from instruction through to completion and post-completion.

The role requires strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold matters, excellent organisation, and the ability to work to deadlines in a supportive environment built on client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with strong residential experience.
• Experience managing own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

TSR Legal are working with an established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional who enjoys managing their own caseload and takes pride in providing a high level of service to clients.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, taking responsibility for files throughout the transaction and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Keeping clients updated and ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Contributing to the smooth running and continued development of the wider property team.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with a strong background in residential conveyancing.

You will ideally have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Good technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
