The Role

You will join an established Residential Property team led by a head of department with over 25 years of conveyancing experience, working alongside some of the most knowledgeable and well regarded names in the field. The level of expertise available to you on a daily basis is rare at this stage of a career, and the mentorship on offer here is something that larger, more transient teams simply cannot replicate.

The team's client base is broad and national, with the vast majority of work coming through referrals and word of mouth, a testament to the quality of service delivered over many years.

Work spans the full range of residential property matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, leasehold transactions and new build conveyancing. The team is also exceptionally well supported administratively, allowing fee earners to focus on delivering excellent legal advice and helping junior lawyers develop more quickly.

The Ideal Candidate

• Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with 1 to 2 years PQE, keen to learn within a highly experienced and supportive team, with strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for residential property work.
