Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE to join a leading Tier 1 property team in London. You will handle a busy caseload and play a key role mentoring junior fee earners while maintaining high client service standards.

From instruction to completion, you will manage freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds, while supporting the team with technical guidance and effective workflow

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with 3+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is required.
• Ability to run a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior fee earners, trainees and support staff
• Assisting with team management, technical guidance and workflow distribution
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
• Maintaining high standards of client care and risk management

This role would suit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to combine hands‑on fee earning with the mentoring and development of junior lawyers and support staff within a collaborative and well‑resourced team.

The Role
