QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a forward-thinking law firm in Accrington. You will handle a mixed conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and manage sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

You will provide an efficient, client-focused service with regular updates and collaborate with colleagues to support the wider team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion


• Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity


• Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates


• Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing


• Ability to manage a full caseload independently


• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential)


• Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
