Job summary

BPLS Group Limited is a growing conveyancing firm recruiting experienced Residential Conveyancers. The role offers a manageable caseload (around 60 files) with onboarding and post-completion support, enabling you to focus on client service and career progression.

You will work on leasehold and freehold purchases, shared ownership, and Help to Buy, with guidance to grow into leadership or senior specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload.
• Leasehold and freehold purchases, shared ownership, and Help to Buy.
• Bonus experience: Bridging loans and knowledge of the Building Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
• Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
• Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
• Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction

With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.

Experience
