Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join its residential property team in Ilkley. You will manage your own caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages from instruction to completion, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills.
• Mentoring or supervising colleagues.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

An excellent opportunity for an experienced

Licensed Conveyancer to join an established residential property team. You will manage your own caseload while supporting the development of the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The Role

Manage your own caseload of

residential sales, purchases and remortgages from instruction through to completion.

Provide a high standard of

client care, keeping clients regularly updated on progress and costs.

Supervise, support and

mentor junior members of the team, helping to maintain high-quality work.

Contribute to

business development, marketing and the growth of the residential conveyancing department.

Ensure all work complies with relevant

regulatory, quality and firm procedures.

Maintain accurate time recording, billing and file management.

Contribute to training and your own

About You

Qualified and experienced

Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience.

Confident handling a caseload with

minimal supervision.

Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases and remortgages.

Previous experience of

mentoring or supervising colleagues.

Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills.

Professional, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.

Confident using case management systems and standard IT packages.
