Job summary

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to join a supportive and progressive legal environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing or assisting with a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in residential property.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
• Preparing, reviewing and progressing contracts, title documents and other conveyancing documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals.
• Ensuring work complies with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues to progress transactions efficiently and to a high standard.
