Job summary

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Hartlepool for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will manage a varied residential property caseload and deliver a high standard of service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience managing own conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong understanding of the residential property transaction process.
• Proactive and professional within a busy legal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
• Undertake property searches, review title documents and raise and respond to enquiries.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other relevant legal documentation.
