Job summary

Keys Group is seeking Residential Support Workers to join our Children’s Home in Spalding. You will support young people aged 8-18 in a caring, safe environment, with 39 hours per week across shifts including sleep-ins. A full UK driving license is essential and enhanced DBS is provided.

You’ll deliver day-to-day care, accompany the children to appointments and activities, and maintain accurate records. We offer development opportunities, pension, and employee benefits.
