Keys Group in Spalding is seeking a number of Residential Support Workers to join their team. The role involves working with children aged 8-18 in a residential setting, providing a supportive, caring environment and helping with daily living tasks.

Hours are 39 per week across day/evening/night shifts and weekends. Salary is £14.05–£14.75 per hour plus up to £6,000 sleep-in allowance, with DBS paid and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license – essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with emotional, physical and social needs.
• Accompany them to appointments, school and activities.
• Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines.
• Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.
