To join the Springwood Hub, you will need a good level of literacy and numeracy, a willingness to undertake relevant training courses and the ability to form effective relationships with children. We will support you to attain a level 3 Diploma in Residential Care (if not already attained), which must be successfully completed within 18 months of appointment. More than anything, you will have a passion to support young people, be a good listener, have patience, understanding and really want to support young people so they can achieve the best possible outcomes in life. A full driving licence and daily access to a vehicle are required for this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop or change the career and is looking to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
