Job summary

Willow Care Group is seeking passionate Children's Residential Care Workers to join our Derby teams (Mickleover/Littleover). You will work full-time to support young people in care, helping them build confidence and social skills in a nurturing environment.

Eligible candidates hold GCSE or equivalent, a driving licence, and QCF levels 3 or 4 in children and young people with residential childcare experience. We offer training and a competitive salary plus a sign-on bonus.
