Job summary

Classroom Recruiters is partnering with a specialist children’s residential home in Herefordshire to recruit caring, committed people for a full-time, permanent role supporting vulnerable children with additional needs.

You will gain nationally recognised qualifications with full training, while earning a competitive starting salary of £34,400–£35,100. A driving licence is required and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people, vulnerable children, or adults with additional needs.
• Nationally recognised qualifications gained/ funded while you work.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and behaviour management.
• Help children build life skills and confidence.
• Provide a consistent, positive presence within a specialist home.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver structured activities.
