Residential Childcare Worker

Location: Bristol / Somerset

Role Type: Temporary-Permanent

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organization as a Residential Childcare Worker. You will work in a Residential Children's Home with up to 4 children aged 8-16 years, each with varying needs. Your previous experience in similar settings will help you support the children effectively and foster a safe and welcoming environment.

In this role, you should be willing to work towards or already hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare. You should be confident working independently or as part of a support team, championing best practices. The position involves shift work, including weekends, with an enhanced salary for sleep-in shifts. There are active opportunities for career progression, further qualifications, and learning from senior team members.

This is a temporary to permanent position. You will start as temporary staff for a set period (typically 12 weeks) with the potential to become a permanent team member afterward.
