Job summary

Colten Care in the Nottinghamshire region is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our team. You will care for vulnerable children and young people in our registered homes, with SEMH and complex needs.

We offer a training-forward path, including Level 4 Apprenticeship and progression to Level 5 Management, with qualifications funded by us, plus a generous leave and benefits package. Applicants must be ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

Becca House is based in Nottingham and is within commuting distance from Mansfield, Derby and surrounding towns and villages.
