As the new Residential Care Worker, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference day to day. You will be approachable and detail focused, ensuring that our children's safety is assured at all times, and that all protocols and regulations are fully adhered to.

The young people in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years of age and have a range of behavioural and emotional needs.
Desirable but not essential to hold: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare; Previous experience working in a therapeutic environment or therapeutic qualifications; Experience supporting and leading educational engagement; Previous leadership skills and qualifications. Higher level training and qualifications.
