CareTech Group, Branas Isaf near Bromyard offers a rewarding role supporting children and young people with complex needs in a therapeutic residential setting. You will join a dedicated team providing emotional and practical care within a nurturing environment.

• £35,204 to £36,640 per year (includes base salary + estimated sleep‑in allowances) Base Salary: £28,724.80 (Unqualified) to £30,160 (Qualified) (Hourly rate : £13.81 - 15.01) Plus £67.50 per sleep‑in. Based on an average of 8 sleep‑ins per month, you will top up your earnings by £6480 annually. Full‑Time permanent role.
