Branas Isaf, part of CareTech Group, is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join our Children's Services near Worcester. You’ll support daily routines, build trusting relationships and help young people develop life skills in a therapeutic team.

Social Care Practitioner/ Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Care

Location: Near Worcester - Full UK manual driving licence required

£35,204 to £36,640 per year (includes base salary + estimated sleep-in allowances)

Base Salary: £28,724.80 (Unqualified) to £30,160 (Qualified) (Hourly rate : £13.81 - 15.01)
Plus £67.50 per sleep-in. Based on an average of 8 sleep-ins per month, you will top up your earnings by £6480 annually.

Full-Time permanent role. Consolidated shifts - great work/life balance | 3 month rota planned in advance | Sleep-ins included ( 6-10 a month)
