Job Description:

FIND is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Ofsted graded Good Training provider to hire a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor.

This role is based from home with travel across the Romford/Clacton area to visit apprentices in their workplace setting. It is open to both qualified tutors and candidates with strong competency and experience in Residential Childcare who are keen to move into Apprenticeship delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and delivering engaging teaching, learning, and assessment that challenges learners to develop new skills and knowledge.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising and guiding learners through their qualification and beyond by sharing knowledge, understanding, and experience.
• Accountable for learner achievement, continuously reviewing and tracking progress, and developing action plans to ensure positive success rates and timely completion across your caseload.
• Build trusted relationships with learners from initial contact and maintain this throughout their learning journey. Support learners with CIAG, welfare, and pastoral care.

Requirements

• Strong occupational competency or qualifications within Residential Childcare (Essential)
• Full UK driving license (Essential)
• PTLLS/A1 Assessor/Equivalent qualified or willingness to undertake this qualification if successful
