Heart & Home Living seeks a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to oversee a residential service for children with complex needs in Desborough. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of care, and liaise with external agencies to optimise each child’s development.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a valid UK driving licence, with rewarding progression opportunities and a salary up to £33,280 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader in Children’s Residential.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of issues relating to EBD and relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).
