Therapeutic Care is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker aiming to step into a Team Leader role. You will support the Home Manager, implement policies, and maintain records while fostering junior staff development.

The role requires 1 year of Residential Childcare experience, a Level 3 Diploma, and a Full UK Driving Licence. Safeguarding and well-being of children are central to our care approach.
