Job summary

Witherslack Group recruits a Team Leader for its Children’s Homes, based in Westbury, Wiltshire. The role involves leading staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and acting as a deputy manager when needed to support the young people in our care.

The successful candidate will hold Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification, demonstrate empathy and resilience, and have a full UK driving licence. A strong, compassionate leader is essential.

Qualifications

• The resilience to deal with challenging situations.
• A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months.
• This role requires the Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff teams and ensure the home operates to high standards.
• Support staff and deputise for Registered/Deputy Managers as needed.
• Build relationships with and support the young people to promote positive outcomes.
