The Witherslack Group is recruiting a Team Leader for our Children’s Homes in Westbury. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, maintain high standards, and deputize for managers when needed, while building trusting relationships with our young people.

We offer a substantial salary, a 4‑week induction, seven weeks of holiday, sleep-in allowances, attendance bonuses, and a range of wellbeing and progression opportunities as part of our Care Academy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the homes.
• Support staff and maintain high standards of care.
• Deputise for Registered/ Deputy Managers when needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with the young people.
• Lead with compassion, resilience and team motivation.
