Witherslack Group is recruiting a Team Leader for our children’s homes in the UK. You’ll supervise daily care of young people, ensure smooth operation of the home and support staff to maintain high standards, with deputising duties for Registered and Deputy Managers.

• A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months.
• This role requires you to have the Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
