• Experience working with children/young people with EBD and/or LD.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Support with daily routines including personal care and education.
• Use de-escalation strategies to manage behaviour.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
