Job summary

Priory Group at Strathmore House in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent, seeks a Registered Manager to lead the home’s delivery of outstanding care. You will oversee budgets, quality and compliance while inspiring your team to support residents toward independence and meaningful activities.

With a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and a passion for person-centred care, you will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential for the role: Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or working towards it.
• Leadership behaviours assessed during interview as part of Priory leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
