CS UK Recruitment Ltd represents an experienced Residential Care Manager for a Nottingham-area residential service. This permanent full-time role is 40 hours per week, with a salary of £53,000–£55,000 per year, paid monthly.

You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure safe, compassionate, and person-centred care, and drive improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of quality care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a residential care setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience with care planning, risk assessments, and promoting independence through strengths-based support.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the residential care service and provide strong leadership to ensure safe, compassionate and person-centred support.
• Promote excellence in care delivery, staff development and outcomes for residents with diverse and complex needs.
• Ensure service performance through compliance, quality monitoring, risk management and continuous improvement.
