Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Registered Manager for an exceptional residential service in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves leading a team to deliver person-centered care for adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, in a safe, homely environment.

You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent; the salary is £35,000–£37,000 per annum, paid monthly, with flexible benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practice.
