Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service in the Dewsbury area. You will oversee care plans, documentation and staff development to deliver person-centred care in a safe, compliant environment.

You will manage budgets, resources and regulatory compliance, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required, with a permanent, full-time role at 37.5 hours per week on day shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (required).
• Previous managerial experience in a similar residential care setting is preferred.
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards and quality assurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism and strong leadership.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational processes for high standards.
• Ensure the home meets all legal and regulatory requirements including CQC.
