Jupiter Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Home Manager for a brand new learning disabilities care home in the Beccles area. You will lead a committed team, oversee budgets, and drive person-centred care in line with PBS principles.

The role demands an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, experience in learning disabilities, and a track record of achieving high CQC ratings. A permanent, full-time position with excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential home for individuals with learning disabilities.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and striving for Outstanding.
• PBS training and commitment to PBS-led care.
• Strong communication with colleagues, families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the home's budget, ensure financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain a skilled care team delivering person-centred care.
• Role model and ensure PBS approach is delivered by the entire staff team.
• Participate in growth and development of the care service.
• Ensure high-quality care while meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
