Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a residential home in Huyton, Liverpool. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, leading the care team and delivering safe, person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a residential care home or elderly care setting.
• Previous management or senior leadership experience within the care sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing and developing care staff.

• Good knowledge of care home compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the residential care home.
• Lead, motivate and support the care team.
• Deliver and maintain high-quality, person-centred residential care.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, dignity and independence of residents.
• Maintain excellent standards of care home compliance.
• Ensure the home meets relevant regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, rotas and staffing levels.
• Conduct staff supervision, appraisals and performance management.
• Support staff training and professional development.
• Monitor care quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture throughout the care home.
