- Carrying out residential secured lending valuations.
- Conducting homebuyer reports and building surveys.
- Forming close working relationships with client contacts.
Skills
Post-qualification experience in residential surveys
Familiarity with tablet technology and related software
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IT literacy
Education
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
MBEng, MCIAT, MCIOB or MICWI qualifications
