Job summary

Arnold & Baldwin Chartered Surveyors is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our independent firm in Croydon and the surrounding South East London area. The role involves performing residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys for major lenders and private clients.

You will survey a diverse portfolio of properties, utilise iPad-based notes and BCIS tools, and contribute to delivering best-in-class service while building strong professional

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience with Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private clients or lending institutions.
• Experience using tablet-based site notes and valuation tools.
• Proficient in mortgage valuations and Red Book valuations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys.
• Survey and value a wide range of residential properties across London and the South East.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and private clients to deliver high-quality service.
