Job summary

5 Star Recruitment seeks an entry-level Building Control support role focused on residential projects. Under supervision, you will undertake site inspections, complete assessments, and help ensure compliance with building regulations while progressing toward Class 2 registration.

You will work under supervision to deliver a range of Building Control activities, maintain records, and engage with architects, builders, and developers to resolve queries and promote compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in literacy and numeracy is required.
• 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English, maths and science; two other subjects.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site inspections and technical assessments under supervision.
• Provide information and feedback about compliance with building regulations.
• Assist in investigations and prepare reports and statements.
