FFW Site Services Ltd invites a skilled Assistant Site Manager to join a long-term freelance role on a residential development in West Yorkshire. You will work with the Site Manager to drive daily operations, quality and customer handovers.

The role requires strong residential project experience, SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS, plus excellent communication and organisation to manage subcontractors and on-site stakeholders.

Formación

• Previous Assistant Site Manager experience on residential builds.
• Strong new build residential experience.
• Good knowledge of the full build process.
• SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• First Aid knowledge.
• NHBC standards understanding.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with customers professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day running of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site.
• Monitor progress against the programme.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the build.
• Manage snagging and ensure works are completed to standard.
• Assist with inspections and plot handovers.
• Liaise with customers during build and handover.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor materials and site requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and wider site team.
