Bimplus in Leeds is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 2-5 years' experience to join a thriving practice working on residential projects. You will balance technical and design work, with awareness of planning procedures and an opportunity to grow into project running and client interaction. Revit experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Produces high-quality architectural drawings and planning information.
• Experience coordinating consultant information and delivering projects across RIBA stages.
• Good balance of technical and design abilities with proactive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural and technical drawings to a high standard.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Work alongside Architects, consultants and other members of the design team.
• Assist with coordinating consultant information and construction packages.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Work across a variety of RIBA stages.
• Liaise with the design team and wider project stakeholders.
• Assist with project delivery and take increasing responsibility for job running.
• Work across a variety of exciting residential projects.
