Job summary

Humphreys & Sons are seeking an ArchiCAD Architect to join their team on a varied portfolio of residential projects across London and Essex. You will be involved from initial design and planning through to technical delivery and construction.

Working in a small, collaborative team, you’ll take ownership of projects and collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors, producing ArchiCAD drawings and coordinating with engineers to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong ArchiCAD experience.
• Experience in UK residential architecture.
• Good understanding of the UK planning and Building Regulations process.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.

• Developing residential projects from concept through to construction.

About the role

Humphreys & Sons are looking for an ArchiCAD Architect to join their growing team, working on a varied portfolio of residential projects across London and Essex.

This is a hands-on role suited to an architect who enjoys being involved throughout the project lifecycle - from initial design and planning through to technical delivery and construction.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
