Job summary

Moat House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance residents' wellbeing through engaging, person-centred activities and social interactions. You will plan, organise and deliver a varied programme for residents, reflecting individual interests and abilities, with a focus on independence and inclusion.

You will follow Health & Safety and infection prevention procedures, maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team.

• Creative, enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for enriching the lives of older people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities.
• Deliver activities safely by following Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate activity records and adapt programmes to residents' changing needs.
