Job summary

DeverellSmith Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Build-to-Rent operator to fill a temporary Resident Services Associate role at a premium development in Sheffield city centre. The position is on-site with immediate start and full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events and viewings.

You’ll be the face of the building, welcoming residents and guests, handling queries via the Resident App, and supporting leasing activity from viewings to renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings, BTR, hospitality, concierge or customer service.
• Confident, friendly communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using property management systems and resident apps.
• Organised and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start immediately.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk for residents, visitors, deliveries and contractors
• Handling resident queries and requests promptly through the Resident App ticketing system
• Helping to organise and host community events such as resident socials, movie nights and welcome evenings
• Resolving resident concerns fairly and professionally
• Following up new enquiries and matching prospective residents to available apartments

Resident Services Associate | Temp, Immediate Start | Sheffield

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Build-to-Rent operator, for a Resident Services Associate to join their on-site team at a premium residential development in Sheffield city centre.

This is a temporary role starting ASAP. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of a building and can hit the ground running.

Location: Sheffield city centre
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover for events and viewings

The role

You’ll be the main point of contact for residents, guests and contractors, combining front-of-house hosting, leasing support and day-to-day building coordination. Your day-to-day will include:

Resident relations and community

• Providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk for residents, visitors, deliveries and contractors
• Handling resident queries and requests promptly through the Resident App ticketing system
• Helping to organise and host community events such as resident socials, movie nights and welcome evenings
• Resolving resident concerns fairly and professionally

Leasing support

• Following up new enquiries and matching prospective residents to available apartments

About you

• Previous experience in residential lettings, BTR, hospitality, concierge or customer service (BTR experience is a real advantage)
• A confident, friendly communicator with great attention to detail
