Job summary

Hyperion Partners are supporting a housing association with the recruitment of a confident, customer-focused Resident Contact Adviser to join their Property Services team. You will be the frontline contact for residents with repairs enquiries and will log, triage and coordinate repairs while liaising with contractors and surveyors to progress work to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or repairs coordination is desirable.
• Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Comfort with IT systems and housing management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents via phone, email, Teams, WhatsApp, Customer Hub and face-to-face.
• Handle high volumes of calls and provide a professional, empathetic service.
• Diagnose and triage repairs and raise works orders using NEC.
• Coordinate appointments between residents, contractors and surveyors.
• Monitor repairs and chase overdue works and keep residents informed.
