• Conducting PPMs and fire alarm testing.
• Assisting other trades as directed by the supervisor.

Base pay range

A fantastic opportunity to work for an M&E Service Provider currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer at a commercial/healthcare site in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The role offers a salary of £41,000 per annum, working days only, 6am - 6pm, on a continental shift pattern: 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off, etc. There are excellent opportunities for development and progression within the industry.

Job Role:

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with strong fault-finding skills and eager to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. The company is known for investing in its staff with the latest training and internal career progression opportunities. The role involves servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical plant & building services, and assisting other trades as directed by the supervisor.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

• At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition certification
• Well-presented with good interpersonal skills, as this is a client-facing role
• Clean Full UK Driving Licence
