Responsibilities

• Enrich Lives: design and lead a varied programme of activities for residents.
• Community Engagement: involve families and supporters in activities and events.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with Home Manager and care team; maintain activity records.
• Promote Well-being: provide one-to-one companionship where needed.
• Support & Development: supervise volunteers and junior staff; uphold policies.
