Job summary

Larkrise Care Centre, Banbury, Oxfordshire, is looking for an Activities Coordinator to plan and run a stimulating programme of events for up to 60 residents. You will tailor activities to individual needs, engage with residents and families, and work with care staff to deliver a vibrant daily rhythm.

You'll join a not-for-profit trust committed to high-quality care, ongoing training and development, and a warm, compassionate home environment. Experience in activities for the elderly is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events and activities for elderly residents (preferred).
• Ability to engage residents in group and one-to-one activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an ongoing activities programme for residents.
• Tailor activities to individual needs and preferences.
• Engage with residents, relatives and staff to promote participation.
• Work with the team to create a warm, supportive home environment.
