Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment programme in Waverley. You will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring clear communication and coordinating access.

The role focuses on building relationships, managing queries and complaints, identifying vulnerable residents and working with site teams to minimize disruption. This is a permanent, on-site position within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or property maintenance.
• Experience working on kitchens and bathrooms programmes would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with residents, complaints and challenging situations.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the programme.

Salary: Up to £34,000 + Package

Contract: Permanent

Fortus Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a team working on a kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment programme in Waverley.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works, ensuring clear communication, providing updates and helping to minimise disruption.
