Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to manage resident communications on a fast-paced planned maintenance contract across Northampton and Kettering, focusing on kitchens and bathrooms in occupied social housing.

You will bridge residents, site management, housing association client teams and sub-contractors to ensure smooth delivery, high resident satisfaction, and minimal disruption throughout refits.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing settings, specifically planned maintenance schemes.
• Ability to explain work scopes and schedules clearly to residents.
• Empathetic approach to resident queries and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-work surveys and explain work scopes to residents.
• Serve as primary contact for resident questions during kitchens/bathroom refits.
• Coordinate access schedules with tenants and site teams to minimise delays.
• Guide residents through choices for units, worktops, tiles, and flooring.
• Log and resolve resident complaints; escalate when needed.
• Assist with post-completion surveys and handover documents.
