Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join our resident-focused team in England. The role involves emptying, cleaning and painting void properties, while delivering great customer service and meeting agreed performance targets.

The successful candidate will handle damp and mould treatments, clearance tasks, and basic grounds maintenance, while complying with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience handling damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Capable of clearing property and garden areas as required.
• Able to perform basic ground maintenance tasks.
• Support trades team members as needed.
• Work safely and accurately record data per procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Emptying, cleaning and painting void properties.
• Work in a customer-focused environment and meet targets.
• Respond quickly to residents by living within 15 miles of Crewe.
