Colby River is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician for Chapel Wharf, Salford. You will perform planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across apartments and communal spaces, ensuring safety and high standards for residents. You will inspect buildings, coordinate with contractors and keep accurate records.

The role involves working 40 hours weekly on rotating shifts, with opportunities to support security, waste management and ongoing improvements across the development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in residential repairs and refurbishments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements (COSHH, risk assessments).
• Ability to deliver high standards of customer service to residents.

• Carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across apartments and communal areas.
• Conduct regular building inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Liaise with contractors and support remedial works.
