Colby River Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join the team at Chapel Wharf in Salford, Manchester. You will perform planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across apartments and communal areas, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for residents.

You'll inspect, repair and coordinate with contractors, manage records, and deliver excellent resident service. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential repairs, refurbishment, building maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements including COSHH and risk assessments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage resident expectations.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across apartments and communal areas.
• Conduct regular building and apartment inspections for safety and records.
• Maintain communal areas, gardens, pathways and external spaces.
• Liaise with contractors and support remedial works.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with excellent service.
• Support building security, waste management and safe operation of the development.
• Respond to emergencies and provide operational support.
